That depends on what you need to redact. We ask for cm-diagnose as it collects a good base overview of log files. Some installations are not allowed to hand out any information. Some installations don't care if we log in... (More)
The upgrade procedure to move to Bright 9.2 is not yet available. It typically takes several months following a new release to publish the upgrade procedure.
Easy-8 keys are not eligible to be unlocked. You can either obtain a commercial key from our sales department or get another Easy-8 key.

A followup to Simon's answer---Bright Cluster Manager v9.0 is now available to Easy8 users as well.
The upgrade procedure is still being developed.
Typically the upgrade process follows 4-6 weeks after the initial release.
I will post an update here when the script is available.
